Former Crusaders midfielder Declan Caddell will replace Stephen Baxter as manager at the end of the season.
The 35-year-old was appointed as head of Crusaders Football Academy two years ago.
Caddell joined the Crues at 15 and won three Premiership titles along with four Irish Cup success during a successful career with the north Belfast club.
Baxter is stepping down after 19 years in the post.
