Chelsea signed Colombia striker Mayra Ramirez for 450,000 euros (£384,000), plus up to 50,000 euros (£42,600) in add-ons, in JanuaryBritish record signing Mayra Ramirez scored her first goal for Chelsea as they beat second-tier Crystal Palace 1-0 to reach the Women's FA Cup quarter-finals.
Ramirez, 24, flicked past Demi Lambourne to provide the game's only goal in the 81st minute.
The Blues had an earlier goal ruled out when Ashley Lawrence's deflected effort was disallowed for offside.
Palace defended well but didn't threaten Chelsea.
Ramirez also hit the crossbar for the current FA Cup holders, while Johanna Rytting Kaneryd smashed an effort into the side netting after rounding the goalkeeper.
Chelsea will find out their quarter-final opponents in Monday's draw, which takes place during The One Show on BBC One (19:00 GMT).
Manchester City knocked out Arsenal in Sunday's early game, while Tottenham and Leicester qualified after winning on Saturday.
Late hat-trick saves Brighton, United avoid upset - round-up
A late Emma Kullberg hat-trick secured Brighton's progression to the quarter-finals with a 4-1 victory over Wolves.
It had looked like third-tier Wolves would take the game to extra time after Bethan Merrick's penalty cancelled out Katie Robinson's first-half opener.
But substitute Kullberg - who joined the Seagulls in January 2022 and had never before scored for them - regained the advantage when she tapped home from close range in the 88th minute.
Swedish defender Kullberg scored two more in the following eight minutes, drilling past Rebecca Thomas after a Tatiana Pinto cutback before nodding in a cross inside the six-yard box.
Substitute Rachael Williams scored twice after coming off the bench as Manchester United beat second-tier Southampton.
Ella Toone fired into the bottom corner from distance to open the scoring, but Southampton levelled in the second half when Lexi Lloyd-Smith's cross trickled past Mary Earps.
But Williams salvaged United's quarter-final hopes after her 67th-minute introduction, heading home a Leah Galton cross before she knocked another effort narrowly over the goalline.
Meanwhile, Liverpool were comfortable 2-0 victors away to Championship side London City Lionesses.
Sophie Roman Haug put the Reds ahead after just six minutes when she headed past Grace Moloney in the six-yard box.
Melissa Lawley doubled their lead in the second half, finishing a direct Liverpool move by rifling over Moloney's head after Roman Haug flicked a long ball from goalkeeper Rachael Laws into her path.
