Hail batters Spanish towns creating icy urban flows

Hail storms, heavy rain and flash flooding has battered towns across Spain days after a heatwave.

Video recorded in the north of Spain shows icy water running through the streets past chairs outside a cafe. The south east also saw heavy rain and wind.
