Oscar Cortes would become Rangers' third signing of the January tansfer windowRangers are working on getting a loan deal completed for Lens winger Oscar Cortes before the January transfer window closes on Thursday.
The 20-year-old joined the Ligue 1 club for £4m last summer from Colombian outfit Millanarios but has since made only made four appearances, scoring one against Reims.
Cortes made his international debut in June as a substitute against Iraq.
He would become Rangers' third addition of the transfer window.
Portuguese winger Fabio Silva on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers was Philippe Clement's first signing as Rangers manager.
Ivory Coast midfielder Mohamed Diomande has arrived since from Danish club Nordsjaelland on loan with an obligation to buy in the summer.
