Wales international Angharad James is set to leave Tottenham to join Seattle Reign in the United States for an undisclosed fee on a two-year deal.

The deal for the 29-year-old who joined Spurs in July 2022, is expected before the Women's Super League January transfer window closes at 23:00 GMT.

The midfielder did not train with the squad on Saturday and was left out of Sunday's defeat by Manchester City.

She has previously played for North Carolina Courage and Orlando Pride.
